Transformation of the sea front pedestrianizing the area including traffic diversions, a new car parkingbuilding,conversion of the preserved by the ministry of culture villa Zahariou into a new cultural centre, new shop front redesign, a new children play-area, relocating the outdoor sitting for the shops.
