Metaxourgeio, Central old industrial Athens 2007.

Metaxourgeio is an old and semi neglected industrial area in Athens that contains all the elements of a dense zoning showing constantly the absense of public green areas.

The new project call for creating new apartments redesigning the "neglected"atmosphere of the area.

Building program included shops, studios and flats as well as the introduction of the missing urban elements (green public spaces).
