Interior design for a series of apartments in a pre war building in Athens.

Introducing a remarkable opportunity to breathe new life into a historic gem, this old apartment building, standing since 1934, boasts a symmetrical layout with a centrally located main stair, allowing for the creation of six separate apartments—two on each floor. The front facade has been preserved in accordance with the Greek Ministry office's preservation act, maintaining its architectural integrity. The proposed interior designs capture the essence of prewar modernism while incorporating contemporary elements, and take into the building's mechanical support systems. Essential renovations, including the replacement of the worn-out slab and reinforcement at critical points, will ensure the structure stands strong for years to come.
