CHANGING THE FACADE

The competition called for a new face to the old and unused office tower on the Pireaus Port as well as extending its program with hotel, recreational and shoping facilities.

Proposal use a secong glass skin in the building  circulating blowing air in order to control sunheat loads in summer.

The tower contains offices, shops, restaurants, cafes, a hotel and galleries.
