​Introducing a new eight-storey office building at Sleeman Street in Athens, Greece, designed with a focus on maximizing a small plot of land. The features glazed working spaces at its boundaries, allowing for abundant natural light and a modern aesthetic. Wood is prominently used for the ceilings and floors, providing warmth that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding concrete materials. The ground floor serves as a welcoming glazed foyer, enhancing the building's appeal to pedestrians, while two basements accommodate parking and storage needs
